  • Requirements:
    • If you have food, you must fill out the food vendor application. No exceptions. Call if you have any questions.
    • This event is “rain or shine” be prepared for any type of weather.
    • Each vendor will be provided one 10’ X 10’ space for a booth. Each vendor is responsible for its own tents, tables and chairs. Ice will be provided if needed. Double booth, double price.
    • Set up time is 7:30-10:00 am, Saturday April 20, 2020.
    • Electric power is not available; no generators, please.
    • No pets or smoking.
    • All vendors will receive promotion through listing on our website through February of 2021, Facebook posts and be listed in the Program.
    • If you would like to donate an item for Silent Auction or Raffle, please notify us with this application and someone will be in contact with you to insure proper handling of your donation. All raffle ticket sales proceeds and Silent Auction final bids will go 100% to Meals on Wheels.
    Application Request must include:
    • A non-refundable fee of $75 to be received by 3/31/20. All applications received after the deadline must include a $25 late fee and may not be listed in the program, advertised on Facebook or updated on the website prior to the festival.
    • A signed copy of Vendor Application and contract.
    • Photographs of merchandise & overall display (not to be returned). Please also send via email so they can be uploaded on Facebook posts.
  • You will receive two tasting tickets for your booth (Value $40) additional tickets will be at $10 each/paid for at the event.
